I think the photos I’ve been taking for www.sugar-junkie.com are coming out better and better each shoot. I’ve been looking through lots of photos in cookbooks, too. So that helps.

I watched 4 ducks, murder another duck today. While sipping coffee and scriptwriting.
Really, I have never seen anything like it. It was horrible.
They chased it around, would pin it by the neck with their beaks, and take it under water. A whole gang of them. It kept fighting and breaking free and would swim franticly, but they would catch it again. Over and over. It lasted like a half an hour before it was all finished.
And then they paraded around in formation.
Crazy.

Erin has returned from working the superbowl in Tampa. We met and had Thai lunch.
I wanted to feature new toys I got today, but i'll save it. I decided to stick with people on this one, plus she had the same goggles as me. FTW

I know, it's just food. But I went to the grocery store and made this, awfully brown-ish plate of finger food happen. Then, built them up, and enjoyed them. Mmm Prescuitto, fruits and cheeses.
Also, I think photographing food would be a bitchin’ job.
